GST vendor monitoring, with a published price

A supplier you verified in March can be cancelled in August — and nothing tells you. We check your vendor list against the live GST network and email you the day anything changes.

No credit card · No auto-renewal · Checks run against the live GST network

The ITC problem this solves

Input tax credit claimed against a cancelled supplier does not fail loudly. The invoices keep arriving, your accounting keeps booking them, and the mismatch surfaces months later at reconciliation — as reversed credit, with interest. By then it is a quarter's worth of invoices, not one.

Monitoring closes that gap to a day: the check runs against the GST network itself, and the moment a watched GSTIN is cancelled, suspended, or changes identity, the alert is in your inbox — and, if you use webhooks, in your ERP.

What gets flagged

Registration cancelled or suspended

The event that blocks input tax credit. Flagged critical, top of the alert.

Legal or trade name changed

Often the first visible sign of a business changing hands.

Registered address changed

Your invoices and e-way bills should follow it.

E-invoice block status changed

A blocked vendor cannot generate IRNs against you.

Taxpayer type changed

Regular to composition changes how you handle their invoices.

Priced per vendor, published here

Most vendor-compliance tools sell monitoring inside an enterprise suite, behind a sales call. Ours is a number on a page: one payment for 12 months, no auto-renewal, no per-user fees.

Questions people ask

How often are vendors checked?

You choose per watchlist: daily (the default for compliance), weekly, or monthly. Every check queries the GST network live — results are never served from a cache.

What does GST vendor monitoring cost?

First 5 vendors are free, no card required. Paid plans start at ₹49 per vendor per year (10-vendor minimum, so ₹490), dropping to ₹39 at 100+ vendors, ₹29 at 1,000+ and ₹25 at 5,000+. One payment for 12 months — no auto-renewal, no per-user fees.

How do alerts reach me?

A daily email digest covering every change on your lists, worst news first. Developers can also register HMAC-signed webhooks so changes are POSTed to their own system within the hour they are detected.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your lists are paused and kept, never deleted. Buy another term and checks resume immediately. There is no auto-renewal — we do not charge a card you forgot about.

Why does this matter for input tax credit (ITC)?

If a supplier's GST registration is cancelled and you keep claiming ITC against their invoices, that credit can be reversed with interest when the mismatch surfaces at reconciliation — often months later. Knowing within a day means you stop the exposure at one invoice, not a quarter's worth.

Can I import my vendor list from my ERP?

Yes — paste or upload a CSV with a gstin column (vendor_code and label columns are carried through to alerts so they match your ERP), or add a single GSTIN by typing it. An API is available for scripted sync.
