Appyflow details are what its own page states, read on September 19, 2026; where the page shows nothing we say so rather than guess. Source: appyflow.in/verify-gst/. Providers change their pricing — check with them before committing volume, and tell us if anything here is out of date.

When Appyflow is the better choice

  • You recharge between ₹1,000 and ₹2,499 at a time: Appyflow’s ₹0.40 applies from a ₹1,000 recharge, while ours reaches ₹0.40 on the ₹2,499 pack.
  • You buy in very small amounts: their flat ₹0.50 is below our ₹0.80 Starter pack (₹199 for 250 lookups).
  • You only ever need GSTIN details and nothing about return filing.

When gstinapi.in fits better

  • You need proven return-filing data: a dedicated endpoint that lists every GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with filing dates and ARNs, plus a compliance summary and QRMP filing preference.
  • You want credits that never expire and up to 100 free lookups to start, against 50 free requests.
  • You check the same vendors over and over: monitoring re-checks them on a schedule and alerts you on any change, and the dashboard has a bulk Excel check.

Questions about Appyflow and gstinapi.in

Is Appyflow cheaper than gstinapi.in?

Sometimes. Appyflow charges ₹0.50 per request on a recharge under ₹1,000 and ₹0.40 above it. gstinapi.in charges ₹0.40 to ₹0.80 per lookup depending on the pack, prepaid, with the lowest rate on the 6,250-credit pack. Prices exclude 18% GST. So Appyflow is cheaper on very small top-ups and on recharges between ₹1,000 and ₹2,499, and the two match at ₹0.40 from the 6,250-credit pack upward. Prices as published on September 19, 2026, exclusive of GST.

Does Appyflow return GST return filing status?

Their documentation lists a filing field and a compliance section containing filing frequency, but the example response on their page shows those values empty, so we cannot confirm what it returns for a live GSTIN. gstinapi.in has a dedicated returns endpoint with every GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filed in a financial year, including dates and ARNs.

How big is the free tier at each provider?

Appyflow gives 50 free requests. gstinapi.in gives up to 100 free lookups — 25 on signup and 25 for each of three setup steps on the dashboard — and the credits never expire.

How hard is it to switch from Appyflow?

Both are plain REST APIs that take a GSTIN and return JSON, so the change is a URL, one header and a field-name mapping. Start on the free lookups, run your own GSTINs through both, and compare the responses before moving any volume.
