The codes the government network returns, in plain words, with the call each one comes from. A rejected call is never charged.
Codes and messages are passed through as the network sends them, so you can search for them elsewhere. The network sometimes adds a stray comma to a code or a line break to a message; this API trims both.

Most "Invalid login credentials" (108) failures are an API user created for a different GSP. Create the API user the right way, or browse every API call.
