List e-way bills assigned to a transporter

POST /v1/ewaybill/transporter/list

Short answer

Send a generated date and get every e-way bill assigned to your GSTIN as transporter that day. Narrow it to one generator's GSTIN or to one generator state if you need to. An empty list is a normal answer, not an error.

Cost: 1 credit per call that reaches the government network, including one that finds nothing. A request that never reaches it (missing fields, no credits) is free.

Every call accepts "test_mode": true and returns a sample in the live shape, free. Set up your API credentials before the first real call.

Which date

date is the day the e-way bills were generated, in dd/MM/yyyy, not the day they were assigned to you.

Filters

Send gen_gstin to see only bills generated by that GSTIN, or state_code for only those whose generator is in that state. Use one or the other, not both. The state filter lists active e-way bills only and is limited by the government network to 50 calls per 15 minutes; past that it answers error 658 until the window passes.

Empty results

When nothing is assigned the government network answers with an error, which this API turns into an empty list with a note. The network gives the same answer for a GSTIN that is not set up as a transporter, so an empty list can mean either.

Send your API key in the x-api-key header. Government API credentials are used for the one call and never stored.
